Our Adventures in DC - Part 1

Well, we finally got to the Washington area on Wednesday (6/8).  We were actually a day earlier than planned, it just seemed longer.  And, as things happen unexpectedly on all travels, we spent part of Thursday and Friday at doctors offices for Abi and Donna.  Nothing serious (thankfully), they were sinus infections - but made them both fell pretty crummy just the same.  Once we got them some antibiotics and some rest on Friday and most of Saturday, we went over to see some Awesome people!  Jake, Holly, and the girls were ready for us to come and see them!


Of course, one of the criteria for a good campground is how good the playground is.  The girls rated this one A+ because they have several good playgrounds and this one is right in the camping area.

So on Saturday, we went over to their house and spent the afternoon!  What fun!

Then Sunday morning, very early, Mom, Dad and Justin arrived!  They drove through the night to join us in our fun!
